What is Titan® Collagen Acceleration?
Titan® uses a safe, infrared light to heat the dermis well below the skin’s surface to promote collagen stimulation without surgery, recovery time, or injections. Titan’s® light-based platform provides a more uniform distribution of energy for heating the deep dermis than other energy sources, such as RF (radio-frequency).

What is a Titan® procedure like?
With each Titan® pulse the patient will feel a brief warming sensation as the deep dermis tissue is heated. Some patients have reported a pinprick sensation accompanied by warmth. During the treatment, the skin’s surface (epidermis) is soothed and protected with continuous cooling within the Titan® handpiece. Some patients are more comfortable taking a mild pain reliever beforehand. Many patients are comfortable without any medication.
What should I expect after a Titan® treatment?
Mild redness and warmth of the treatment area are common but usually resolves within a few hours. Moderate firming of the skin is often noticeable immediately post-treatment, although collagen acceleration may continue up to 6 months after completion of a Titan® series.

How many treatments are necessary?
Some patients are pleased with their results after one treatment, but a series of 3 treatments produces optimal results. These treatments may be spaced apart by 4 weeks or more.
