What is a Chemical Peel?
Chemical peels involve applying a chemical solution to the desired treatment area to remove the outer layers of skin thus producing smoother, more even toned skin, and decreased acne.* After a thorough evaluation of your skin type and needs, the aesthetician will determine the appropriate type and frequency of the peel to achieve the desired results.
- Sun damage
- Fine lines & wrinkles
- Acne scars
- Age spots
- Dull-looking skin
- Uneven texture
- Large pore size
What types of Chemical Peels are available?
Our chemical peels are characterized by light to moderate penetration of the outer layers of damaged skin, with minimal to no discomfort, risk of scarring, or lengthy downtime. The deep peels of the past are outdated due to the amount of downtime and unpredictable results. Light to medium peels, however, are an excellent tool for rejuvenating and restoring the skin's natural glow. Our chemical peels brighten the complexion, minimize pore size, balance skin pigmentation, reduce fine wrinkles, produce new skin cells, diminish some types of acne and acne scars, and/or improve sun-damaged skin.
