Waxing

Waxing is a safe and effective method of temporarily removing unwanted facial and body hair, using heated wax. The warm wax is applied to the desired area using a wooden applicator, and then the wax is quickly removed, taking the unwanted hair with it. Typically the hair will not grow back in the treated area for two to eight weeks.

Almost any area of the body can be waxed including eyebrows, face, bikini area, legs, arms, back, abdomen and feet. Dermacare uses the highest quality of wax and soothing creams to leave the skin feeling nourished and soft.

The hair is removed from the side of the panty line and about an inch down the upper thigh.

We take the sides of the bikini line deeper in and down the thigh than a bikini line wax, and can also include waxing some hair on top to make a more defined “triangle”.

A Brazilian wax differs from the other bikini waxes because hair is removed in the front, back, and everything in between. A small amount of hair is typically left in the front, but some client opt for everything to be removed.
